Agreement to Terms
Welcome to RightTrack Glendora Landscaping. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before scheduling any work with us. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our services.
Services We Provide
We offer professional landscaping services throughout Glendora, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include lawn care, landscape design, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree and shrub care, mulching, sod installation, and landscape lighting.
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, property access issues, or conflicts with our schedule.
Scheduling and Appointments
When you schedule services with us, you're agreeing to be available at the property during our scheduled arrival window. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
We make every effort to arrive on time, but weather conditions and other factors may occasionally cause delays. We'll notify you as soon as possible if we need to adjust your appointment.
Pricing and Payment
All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes or unexpected conditions are discovered during work.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A late fee may be applied to invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date.
Property Access and Safety
You're responsible for ensuring safe access to your property. This includes securing pets, marking underground utilities, and notifying us of any hazards like steep slopes, hidden obstacles, or irrigation system locations.
We take every precaution to protect your property, but we're not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, sprinkler systems, or other underground features.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work to make it right. Plant guarantees vary by season and species, and will be discussed during your consultation.
We can't guarantee results affected by weather, pests, disease, or improper maintenance after our services are completed.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel services at any time before work begins with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For larger projects where materials have been ordered or work has begun, cancellation terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We're not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
